Management Philosophy

CMG is dedicated to providing excellent management service to our clients. We believe the most valuable services we provide to our clients are our team of certified managers, fiscal accountability and our unparalleled customer service.

CMG’s staff members abide by the company’s mission statement utilizing the following keys:

  • Maintain open communications between Management, the Board of Directors, homeowners and vendors.
  • Strive to enhance communities so they are inviting and appealing to current and future residents.
  • Continue to build valuable relationships with all Board members, homeowners and vendors.

Financial statements prepared by CMG’s accounting department go through proper checks and balances systems and strict separations of duties are adhered to in accordance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Our professional staff will keep the operations of your community running smoothly, efficiently and legally. This commitment and our highly qualified and educated staff will quickly establish CMG as a leader in the common interest community industry.

In 2016, CMG received the Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC®) designation from Community Association’s Institute (CAI). CMG is one of only 150 management companies nationwide who have earned the highest level of recognition in the community association field. CAI’s designation provides standards for association management that can give homeowners and boards confidence and the staff employed by their management company has the knowledge and ability to provide professional services. Courtney Grossa SCM, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®
Founder, President

As a longtime Las Vegan and founder of Community Management Group, Courtney Grossa is dedicated to the community she serves.

Courtney established Community Management Group in 2009 to provide ethical, quality management services to communities. The company works with HOA board members, vendors and residents to balance fiscal responsibility, cutting edge technology, homeowner education and a positive atmosphere for all the communities it serves. Backed by years of industry experience and dozens of certifications, the CMG team delivers exceptional customer service while partnering with communities to assist in decisions to maintain their property values and ensure the preservation of the association’s financial health.

Committed to adhering to the high ethical standards, Courtney has earned several designations awarded to individuals who have passed the Community Associations Institute’s professional management courses and adhere to a professional code of ethics. She is a licensed Nevada community manager and has achieved her Professional Community Association Manager’s designation (PCAM®), which is the highest national designation available in the Homeowners Association Management industry. Courtney has also earned her Association Management Specialist (AMS®) national designation and is nationally recognized by the NBC CAM as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®).

Courtney’s strong work ethic, countless hours of volunteering in her community, and her desire to serve those around her has helped make CMG one of the Nevada's most trusted names in the community management industry. She was recognized by the Vegas Inc. as one of its 40 Under 40 of 2012 as well as a Rising Star in 2012 by the Las Vegas Business Press.

Rachael Robinson, CMCA®, AMS®
HOA Department Director

With an outgoing personality and an enthusiasm to work with people and accomplish challenges, Rachael is right at home with handling homeowners' associations and Board members alike. Rachael has been involved in the HOA industry since 2007 and has since developed a very strong background in the day to day management and understanding the needs of each community she manages. Rachael is very passionate about the industry as well as the board members and homeowners she serves. She understands that not all communities are alike, which she believes is the key ingredient to maintaining an optimistic views of the association and the value of the community. Rachael hails from Las Vegas, NV where she held a Real Estate Community Managing License under the State of Nevada. After relocating to San Antonio in 2014, she brings a plethora of knowledge and experience to the area. She has a very strong background in HOA management and customer service which is demonstrated in her “go-getter” attitude and professionalism.
